What's the difference? 



Especially = Adv. used to single out one person, thing, or situation over all others.
Synonyms: Particularly , exceptionally, specially, very, extremely. 
  • He despised (detested) them all, especially Sylvester
  • he didn't especially like dancing
Specially = Adv.  for a special purpose.
  • They have been fabricated specially for this boat.
  • This pizza is specially for you.
